This overview covers the public Elevon website. It does not replace a school’s privacy notice, signed service agreement or other applicable terms. Commercial service policies must be confirmed before a new subscription begins.
Scope of this overview
This public website introduces Elevon’s school-management platform. The website’s product previews use fictional sample information, not live student, parent or school records.
School portals are separate working areas. Their use of student and family information is governed by the school’s arrangements and applicable privacy notices; this website overview does not change those arrangements.
Your enquiry stays local
The contact message builder uses the name, email, school, plan preference and optional message you enter to prepare an enquiry in your browser. It does not submit a form to Elevon, create an account or save your draft in the application database.
The message builder does not deliberately persist your draft between page visits. Refreshing or leaving the page clears its local state. Your browser may separately retain information through its own autofill features.
When you choose to share
Opening your email app transfers the prepared enquiry to that app. It is only sent if you choose to send it. Copying or downloading the message places a copy on your clipboard or device under your control.
If you email the listed contact address, the message and your sender details are received through the email provider and can be used to respond to your enquiry. Your email provider’s own privacy practices also apply. Avoid sending student records, passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in a product enquiry.
Website technology
The website adds no advertising pixels, analytics scripts or marketing-cookie integrations. Serving the website may still involve technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details and server logs, through the existing hosting infrastructure.
The application uses browser storage for a display-theme preference, and its sign-in and school-portal areas use session and selection state. The cookie policy explains the distinction between these existing application features and the public marketing experience.
School records and requests
For access to, corrections to or questions about a student’s school records, contact the school administrator through your school’s established channel. Do not include a child’s personal information in a general marketing enquiry.
For questions about an email enquiry you sent to Elevon, use the contact address below. Identity and the relevant school or service arrangement may need to be clarified before a data-related request can be handled. Specific retention periods and contractual responsibilities should be confirmed in the applicable service documentation.
